When I see clients with beautiful skin I always ask them, ‘what skincare do you use?’ Most of the time, the answer is either nothing, I don’t wear makeup and I keep my skin clean with simple cleansing and sunscreen or, I treat myself to skin treatments.
Simplifying your skin care routine, keeping makeup to a minimal and nurturing your body are simple and effective ways to have great skin.
I’ve made a conscious decision this year to wear less makeup and take care of my skin more, and for the past couple of months I’ve been trialling the Hey Bud skincare mask. The Hemp clay mask has natural oils that help skin with aging, moderating oil production and keeping the face at a perfect moisture.
I use the mask once or twice a week to help clarify my skin, especially before an event or if I feel acne popping up. After every wash my skin looks clear and my pores are minimized, the ingredient hemp seed oil helps to keep the skin hydrated as clay masks tend to be drying.
If you have dry skin i recommend using it once a week, if you have oily skin you could get away with two to three times a week.
My skin type is sensitive and can react with certain ingredients I have had no issue with this product however, what works for me may not work for you, always patch test and check the ingredients
This is not sponsored, I was gifted the mask and liked it enough to write about it.
